Let me explain my process
01 Discovery
Once I receive your inquiry, I’ll reach out to schedule a Discovery Call. Our first step together! We’ll explore your vision, goals and target audience to align on your project. After the call, you’ll get a proposal with the scope and deliverables. Once approved, you’ll be onboarded to my Notion Client Portal to finalize the contract and deposit before we begin.
02 Creative direction
Depending on your package, we may start with a Strategy Call to refine your brand’s direction. Before that, you’ll complete a Briefing Questionnaire to clarify your vision and goals. Next, I’ll research and craft 2-3 Style Direction Moodboards with typography, colors and layouts to ensure we’re aligned from the start. Once you choose a direction, I’ll dive into the creation stage!
03 Creation
I dive into your project using insights from the Brand Strategy & Briefing to shape the creative direction. I brainstorm, sketch and explore different ideas that align with your mission, vision and goals. Next, I present you with two initial logo concepts. Once you’ve chosen your favorite, we refine it further – experimenting with colors, typography, imagery and layouts to ensure it perfectly aligns with your brand.
04 Showcase
At the end of the creation stage, I’ll present your brand identity concept in a call, walking you through the design’s evolution and thought process. You’ll have the opportunity to review, provide feedback and refine the details. My packages include two revision rounds, with the option to explore a new concept if needed. Once approved, I’ll finalize and deliver your design assets!
05 Finalise & Off-boarding
We did it! Your brand design is ready to step out into the world. Now I’ll organize all your files and hand over everything you need. Before we wrap things up, I’ll ask for your final feedback on the process and our collaboration, because I’m always looking to grow, too. Now you’re all set to show up boldly with your new branding or website. Let’s keep the creative journey going!
